Have a Chocolate-filled Mother's Day!

Mother’s Day is right around the corner – Sunday, May 12th

A commemorative day to thank those who have “mothered” us!

Mothering is simplistic in nature and fundamentally necessary for healthy (emotional, spiritual, and physical) growth.  When we are loved and nourished from birth to adulthood, we develop a strong foundation to withstand the challenges of life and we reflect a loving spirit to those beings that cross our path.

It is my hope that you will remember the woman (or women) that provided you with “mothering” throughout your lives, and let her know that she’s appreciated and loved.  I will be giving back to my mother [Mudear] much love and affection on this special day, doing all the traditional things that she enjoys - gathering together with others to worship God is one of those things.

I intend to shower her with gifts:
§  Spending time with her, doing whatever pleases her
§  Enjoying a special meal together
§  Giving her lots of hugs and kisses throughout the day
§  Having a smile on my face whenever our glances meet

And of course, giving her something chocolate!  Maybe a chocolate rose, chocolate cake, chocolate ice cream, chocolate candy, chocolate cookies, chocolate-covered strawberries, chocolate cupcakes, chocolate-covered nuts (almonds or cashews), a nice refreshing chocolate drink, something chocolate-colored to wear, or . . . whatever I think will be good.
