Diplomacy and the hope for peace prevails

Normandy4 (Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France) reaches agreement on plan for peace in Ukraine; proxy war between US and Russia has been averted, and there's no justification for any foreign state to send military weapons to Ukraine.  It would be advantageous if all foreign world leaders hold this accord in high regards, and eliminate actions that will antagonize the situation in eastern Europe (e.g. NATO buildup in Baltic region).

If Minsk agreement is upheld by all parties involved in conflict / civil war (time will tell), peace can be restored to the region; interstate trading will resume and economies of scale will improve.

This accord covers all the bases and if successfully implemented can be utilized as a template for other war-torn areas around the world; a prime example that diplomatic relations are key in the resolution of on-going disputes and war-induced factions.  A job well done by Normandy4.

A taste of chocolate for you all!
